Windemere Resources was founded in 2016 as a management company for private oil and gas funds. The funds hold oil and gas interests in several states in the United States.

As volatile as commodities has been over the last 10 years, the funds have existed to provide investors a direct ownership of oil and gas without having to participate as a working interest owner which usually comes with significant input costs.

Our investment model has not changed since the beginning and we continue to look for superior assets in under developed shale plays. Our success has come from our transparent process of buying minerals and royalty in areas that may experience further development and/or technological recovery enhancements.

 

Our current portfolio of oil and gas assets are located throughout the Rocky Mountain region of the United States.  Since our inception, we have accumulated over 60,000 gross acres throughout North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming.
